How does placing an order in the Trotec Online Shop work?
You can start right away! Take your time to look around the various categories of the Trotec Online Shop and explore our extensive range. Use the search field if you are looking for something specific - this will help you to find it faster. While browsing our range, you can click on an item you are interested in at any time to go to the product page which will give you more details. Once you have decided on a product, you can add it to your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD TO BASKET" button. Your shopping cart accompanies you through your entire shopping experience with us: You can call it up at any time by clicking on the relevant icon, check the contents, change the quantity of products ordered or remove products from the basket. If you would like to complete your purchase with us, please also call up the shopping cart and click on the CHECKOUT button. In the following steps, please enter your billing and delivery address, select the shipping and payment method, confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy by ticking them and then click on the PLACE ORDER button. When an order confirmation appears on the screen, your purchase is complete. That was it! You do not have to be registered to shop in the Trotec Online Shop. However, registration offers you various advantages. In addition to faster processing of your purchase, you have insight into your order status and order history at any time. You have the option to manage the newsletter subscription and to save your wish list.
How can I register in the Trotec Online Shop?
Registration in the Trotec Online Shop is very simple: At the top right, under the My Account icon, you will find the Create an account option. Clicking on this opens a page where you can register as a new customer. Please fill in all fields and click on the Create an account button to complete the registration. You will then be taken directly to your personal My Account area. Here you will be asked to enter your details which are necessary for the processing of your purchase. You can also manage your newsletter registration, track the status of your orders in the future, view your order history and save your wish list.
Where can I see my order status?
Can you hardly wait until delivery and want to track the status of your Trotec order? No problem! We inform every customer about the progress of their current order. You will receive two emails from us: - An order confirmation when we receive your order - A notification with tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped As a registered customer, you can find the shipment status of your order under My Account. Please log in with your personal login details. Under the menu item My Orders you can view all orders including their status. If you have placed your order as a guest, we are unfortunately unable to offer you this service. This is only possible for registered customers.
Can I only order from Trotec online?
You can place your order with Trotec in several ways: Online, by fax or in one of our Trotec Stores in: Heinsberg (DE), Strasbourg (FR), Affi (IT), Warsaw (PL), Madrid (ES), Santiago de Chile (CL) or Istanbul (TR). If you need help selecting the right equipment, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to help find the right unit for you.
