The drum is equipped with European-compliant sockets of type C/F (CEE system 7/4, 7/7, 7/16, 7/17) as well as mains plugs (hybrid plugs) of type CEE 7/7 and can be used in most European countries without any problems.
With a maximum connected load of 3.2 kW at a total of four protective contact sockets, the PVD1EU with IP44 protection (protection against the penetration of foreign bodies (>1 mm) and splash water) not only offers you safe application options indoors as well as in protected outdoor areas, but also a very large radius of action thanks to the 20-metre-long connection cable . In addition, the cable reels are also equipped with numerous features for more convenience of use and safety.
Optimum power distribution from the reel
Even when travelling long distances, the ideal grip position facilitates transport to the place of use, where they can be safely set up thanks to their wide support points. When changing locations or in the warehouse, the cable holder also enables safe plug storage and, together with the variably adjustable brake holder for fixing the drum, tripping hazards caused by unrolling cable are a thing of the past.
And because the cable drum is equipped with a particularly sturdy crank handle for optimum handling, the 20-metre long connection cable can be unrolled or rolled up quickly and effortlessly on site.
When unrolled, four individually replaceable protective contact sockets offer you connection options for electrical appliances with a total power of max. 3.2 kW. Each of the sockets, which are protected against splash water and the penetration of foreign particles larger than 1 millimetre, is equipped with a sealing rim and a self-closing spring-loaded cover.
Together with the thermal protection switch, increased protection against accidental contact and a flexible braking system that slows down the rotation of the drum, the PVD1EU cable drum offers you maximum safety.

The European-compliant PVD1EU with sockets of type C/F (CEE system 7/4, 7/7, 7/16, 7/17) and hybrid plugs of type CEE 7/7 was specially developed for applications in harsher working environments, such as in professional or private workshops, construction sites or in the garden. Jamming sockets or difficult plugging and unplugging are out of place here and are a thing of the past with this functional cable drum.
