The Aircooler PAE 60 with remote control brings a breath of fresh air and icy cooling into heated rooms. The choice of the housing color in the trend color black is anything but colorless. The 4-in-1 air cooler (air cooling, ventilation, air purification and air humidification) shines with a strong cooling effect thanks to an icy-fresh air stream. The four-stage adjustable fan cools heated living rooms and bedrooms, offices, winter gardens or attic rooms to a comfortable temperature level in no time at all. In addition to cooling, the multifunctional air cooler cleans and humidifies the room air in order to pamper you with dust-free and optimally humidified cold air.

Naturally effective evaporative cooling for cool computers
You know the aircooler's innovative honeycomb cooling technology from nature. When the wind blows over your damp skin, you immediately feel a pleasant cooling. The cooling effect on the skin is created by the evaporation of moisture. The heat energy required for this is extracted from the room air, whereupon the temperature drops noticeably. All air coolers of the PAE series make use of this natural cooling effect with their cold water or ice water filling. When flowing through the moist honeycomb filter, the room air is cooled by the extraction of thermal energy, moistened with cold or ice water, cleaned of dust, lint or animal hair in the air filter and blown into the room as an icy fresh air stream. Completely without chemicals, without energy-hungry cooling compressors and without annoying exhaust air hoses.
The hotter the day, the stronger the cooling effect
In contrast to conventional air conditioning systems with coolants, which inevitably reach their performance limits at maximum summer temperatures, the cooling performance of the PAE 60 even increases with increasing temperatures. The warmer the temperatures, the faster the moisture evaporates in the honeycomb filter and the more heat of evaporation is extracted from the air. You can therefore always rely on the cooling capacity of the PAE 60 to keep up with the outside temperatures.
An unbeatable team: available in two colors and performance classes
With an air throughput of 900 m³/h and a generous 40 liter water tank, the PAE 60 air cooler is recommended for use in rooms of up to 72 m² or 180 m³. The structurally identical PAE 80 and PAE 81 air coolers generate even more wind with an air throughput of a full 1,000 m³/h, sufficient for rooms up to 80 m² or 200 m³.
Good climate for a fresher, healthier life
The doubly effective air improvement through air purification and air humidification keeps the living space climate optimally in balance. At the same time, the PAE 60 supports the body's own immune defense in the fight against airborne pathogens. The spread of infectious viruses (for example flu viruses and SARS-CoV-2) is strongly influenced by humidity. Too little humidity dries out the nasal mucous membranes and makes them more permeable for viruses. Optimally humidified air, on the other hand, strengthens the body's defenses and thus contributes to a healthier life. As a humidifier for year-round use, the PAE 60 impresses with a powerful humidification performance of 2.6 l/h to keep the humidity permanently in the recommended range of 40 - 60%. If necessary, the Aircooler can also be used as a fan all year round without the air cooling and humidification function. In order to distribute the refreshing air flow either precisely or over a large area throughout the room, the device has a switchable 120° swing mode of the inner vertical air outlet slats for large-area cold air distribution. The outer horizontal slats can be positioned manually according to your needs.
Integrated fixed water connection for continuous commercial use
Whether for cooling or for air humidification - the integrated fixed water connection of the air cooler PAE 60 is particularly practical for continuous commercial use. The professional air cooler can be connected to the water pipe with a standard hose. This means that it can run continuously without having to refill the tank in between. The water supply via the hose is regulated fully automatically by a float switch included in the scope of delivery. The float switch and hose are child's play to assemble, without tools or an installer.
Turns everything up to now: big in the cooling, small in the box
The PAE 60 shows true size in the smallest of spaces during storage and transport. The upper part of the device can be detached in just two steps and lowered upside down in the lower water tank. This practical storage function reduces the height of the device to a cabinet-friendly 70.5 cm. Just as smart and well thought-out are the recessed grips on the sides to easily and comfortably carry the air cooler to its place of use.
Set for comfort: Programmable timer for automatic switch-on and switch-off
The integrated timer function is just as convenient as it is energy-saving, enabling the PAE 60 to be switched on or off fully automatically after an individually preset time. The operating time until automatic switch-on or switch-off can be set in 1-hour steps from 1 to 15 hours. The switch-on timer function is practical in the office, for example, so that the business premises are cooled down to a pleasant temperature when work starts. Or in the bedroom, so that the device lulls you to sleep with a fresh breeze and then switches off until the next morning to save energy.

Naturally effective cooling principle
In contrast to air conditioning units, no chemical refrigerants are used in air coolers. The cooling process takes place in a completely natural way. In addition, neither an exhaust air hose is required, nor are complex installations required.
A mobile air cooler works on the principle of natural evaporative cooling. You know this from your own experience: If you blow on damp skin, you feel an immediate cooling, as the evaporation process draws heat. It is the same with air coolers or air coolers: Inside the air cooler there is a filter mat soaked with water. The warm air is directed from the back of the device through the wet filter mat and is cooled down by evaporation. The now cooler air is then blown into the room by a fan.
Refreshment tip: The colder the water, the greater the cooling capacity. If you put the four cooling batteries included in the scope of delivery into the water tank, the cooling performance can be increased even further. This additional freshness kick can also be achieved with ice cubes.
With the clearly visible level indicator, you can see at a glance whether there is still enough water in the large 40-liter tank, which is quick and easy to clean. When the water tank is empty, the water pump switches off automatically, while the fan continues to run to freshen up the air. The device signals by lighting up an LED and an acoustic signal that the water tank needs to be refilled. There are 3 different ways to fill it easily and conveniently.

Increasing the humidity to 50% reduces the risk of virus transmission
Specialists have evaluated research results on the resistance of viruses (e.g. SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV or SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), influenza) and humidity. It turned out that the air humidity has serious effects on the infectivity of germ droplets. Dry room air with a relative humidity of less than 40% allows tiny droplets that are contaminated with flu or cold viruses to dry out. In this way, pathogens are preserved and remain infectious for a very long time. In the optimal range of 40 to 60% relative humidity, aerosols only shrink to such an extent that the salt concentration in the aerosol core increases, so that the germs and microorganisms contained therein are killed. The risk of catching flu and cold viruses is minimized here.
The specialists emphasize that we can reduce the risk of infection by increasing the humidity in buildings. Raising the humidity to around 50% through humidification leads to a reduction in the risk of transmission. In addition, the humidified air improves the body's defenses by cleaning the airways more efficiently and promoting the immune system.
