We’re sorry that the product you’re looking for is currently unavailable. Unfortunately, we cannot yet provide an estimated restock date.

What does “Used” mean and what kind of defects should I expect?
We label products as "Used" if they show minor packaging or usage marks but are fully functional. In most cases, “Used” products are essentially new with slight signs of use.
While we can’t provide a detailed defect description for each item, all used products are checked and categorized before resale to ensure quick delivery and reliable quality.
Will I receive region-specific plug adapters?
For our customers in the UK: We keep a stock of UK plug adapters and include them when applicable.
For our customers in Switzerland: Currently, we are unable to include plug adapters with deliveries to Switzerland. We point this out in our Swiss webshops.
Why don’t you ship SecoSan Sticks and why are they still listed in the product descriptions?
