There is a charge on my bank account that I can’t identify.

If you don’t recognize a charge, please check with family members or friends to see if they placed an order on your behalf.

If you still can’t match the charge to an order, please contact our customer service. We’ll find a solution for you.

I was charged twice for my order.

If you transferred too much or your credit card was charged incorrectly, please contact our customer service immediately.

Credit/Debit Card:

Bank Transfer:

Can I receive a copy of my invoice?

Can I request a corrected invoice?

If you need a corrected invoice, please note:

We cannot issue a correction if incorrect address details were provided during checkout. 
For example, if you order as a private customer and use a personal address via PayPal, that address will apply to the entire order. 
Please double-check your information before placing your order.

If the mistake is on our end, we will of course issue a corrected invoice. Otherwise, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Can I change the billing address on the invoice?

Due to company policy, we cannot make any changes or modifications to an invoice once it has been issued.
