TTR 400 D Adsorption Dehumidifier
Maximum performance and twice as flexible thanks to Duoventic
The TTR 400 D impresses not only with its high dehumidification performance even at dew point temperatures far below 0 °C, but also with its maximum flexibility of use due to the TTR Trisorp Dual operating principle of this adsorption dehumidifier:
Two separate air ducts for drying and regeneration air with two separate fans for each circuit enable effective pressure-neutral recirculation operation both when the dehumidifier is set up outside and inside the room requiring handling.
Variable recirculation drying with the TTR 400 D ensures energy-saving dehumidification with a higher efficiency at the same time:
In contrast to conventional through-air operation, dew point temperatures up to 30 °C lower than those of the "outside air" feeding the regeneration air can be achieved with the TTR 400 D at nominal dry air volume. This means that dew points well below 0 °C can be achieved, resulting in much lower drying conditions and significantly more energy-efficient performance!
Twice as flexible thanks to Duoventic
All TTR-D models are also equipped as standard with the advanced Duoventic air volume regulation system, in which both fans of the separate air circuits can be smoothly and electronically regulated independent of each other.
In this way, Duoventic offers you the possibility of separate fine adjustment of moisture content and volume flow of the required dry air, without having to install energy-consuming throttle valves for air volume adjustment as was often the case in the past.
Thanks to Duoventic, you can always use the full performance potential quickly and as needed without any conversion measures, and at the same time configure every climate scenario with just one unit:
Extremely dry air with low air flow, larger amounts of dry air or maximum recirculation performance with moderate dry air content.
A standard DIN socket for external circuits enables the TTR 400 D to be controlled via an optional hygrostat, timer or other external switchgear with a suitable DIN plug.
In addition to integrated heat recovery, the standard equipment of the TTR 400 D adsorption dehumidifier also includes a self-regulating electrical regeneration air heater made of thermistor elements (PTC), for which the power consumption depends on the air inlet temperature and the regeneration air volume.
The advantage of this solution is, on the one hand, the optimal power adjustment and, on the other hand, no possibility of overheating, which means that safety thermostats are not required.
The standard operating hours counter of the TTR 400 D is optionally available as a dual counter for operating and kilowatt hours:
The TTR 400 D is also optimally suited for installation in suspended ceilings. Thanks to the wide range of TTR system accessories, hose or pipe connections can also be attached to the regeneration air inlet of the TTR 400 D for spatially separated air supply. Various Z-line filters of different filter classes can also be used with the dehumidifier.
All filters can be changed quickly and easily without the necessity of opening the unit.
The flexible application possibilities in variable pressure-neutral recirculation mode, combined with higher energy efficiency and lower drying conditions as well as the advanced Duoventic air volume control make the TTR 400 D adsorption dehumidifier, together with the wide range of available system accessories, a universally applicable drying unit for a wide range of drying tasks in industry, logistics, utilities or construction.
With the TTR 400 D you benefit from a professional adsorption dehumidifier of original Trotec manufacturing, which was developed and produced in Germany according to the highest quality standards.
Benefits in practice:
- Professional quality "made in Germany" - original Trotec manufacturing.
- Duoventic air volume regulation: Advanced control electronics enable separate stepless adjustment of moisture content and volume flow of the required dry air
- TTR Trisorp dual operating principle with two separate air circuits for pressure-neutral recirculation operation for energy-saving dehumidification with a higher degree of dryness
- Up to 30 % lighter than competitive models of the same capacity
- Maximised performance with minimised dimensions and weight
- Extremely easy to maintain
- Stackable to save space
- German industrial design optimised for practical use - protected design patent
