With the TTK 100 E you have a trendy dehumidifier that combines successful design with advanced controls.

Unlike dehumidifiers with analogue controllers for unitless preselection of minimum to maximum operation, the TTK 100 E allows you to enter the desired humidity value directly via the digital display. An integrated hygrostat then converts this target value fully automatically and automatically regulates the output of the compressor and two-stage fan.
The digital display on the clear and easy-to-understand control panel shows you, among other things, the current value of the relative humidity in the room as well as the current room temperature and the entered target value. The unit also has a timer function, an automatic error diagnosis system and a memory function. The integrated memory function ensures that the set humidity value and operating mode remain stored even after the unit is switched off. The laundry drying function completes the functionality of the comfortable dehumidifier. The integrated separate hose connection enables external condensate drainage even in unattended permanent operation - the ideal prerequisite for continuous use, for example in hobby rooms or holiday homes.

Gentle laundry drying with air dehumidifiers

In addition to room air dehumidification, an air dehumidifier can also be conveniently used for drying laundry - either as a support or as a complete replacement for a conventional tumble dryer. The laundry drying function (or textile drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional air drying outdoors.

Dehumidifiers offer the advantage that the laundry is dried gently as in nature. Colours remain vibrant and clothes have a longer life than with conventional tumble dryers and this with significantly less power consumption.
In addition, sensitive materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibres can be dried without hesitation. In contrast to pure air-drying, the laundry is much softer and more pleasant to wear on the skin.
Laundry drying is also possible with air dehumidifiers without a clothes drying function. The target value of the air humidity must then be set according to the desired residual moisture:
Cabinet dry: 46 % relative humidity

Ironing humidity: 58 % relative humidity

Dried: 65 % relative humidity

Propane (R290) as environmentally friendly refrigerant in dehumidifiers

Every year, synthetic refrigerants release several million tonnes of environmentally harmful CO2 emissions (greenhouse gases) into the air. Therefore the use of alternative refrigerants is one of our most important goals. By using propane (R290) as refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to climate protection.

The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound and is a hydrocarbon. In contrast to synthetic refrigerants, environmentally friendly propane (R290) has neither ozone depletion potential (ODP=0) nor a significant greenhouse effect (GWP=3).
Additional plus for the environment: Due to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant and thus additionally reduces your energy costs.
