Dual sensor for measuring the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on all magnetic and non-magnetic metals.
With the BB30 you can quickly and accurately determine the strength of non-magnetic layers, such as paints, varnishes, plastic coatings, galvanizing, enameling or chrome plating on ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metallic substrates. The sensitive dual sensor is just as accurate on iron and steel as it is on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium or titanium.
The spring-mounted measuring head has a practical V-groove. On the one hand, measurements on round objects such as axes or hinges are easier, on the other hand they are not influenced by vibrations.
Whether you're using the device comfortably with just one hand or for use in hard-to-reach measuring points, in conjunction with the included flexible probe extension - the BB30 always provides you with precise measurement results in a measuring range between 0 and 2,000 μm. Saved measured values and groups can be called up directly in the device if required. In addition, the data transfer is simple and wireless via Bluetooth.

MultiMeasure mobile app - smart measurement data acquisition and evaluation
With the MultiMeasure Mobile App, which is available free of charge, the recorded measurement data becomes even more transparent. Just like the MultiMeasure Studio Professional 2.0 analysis software developed by Trotec for cross-device management, analysis and reporting of measurement data on the PC, the MultiMeasure Mobile app, which is available free of charge for Android and iOS devices, enables professional measurement data management with a multitude of useful functions. The hand-held measuring device BB30 as well as numerous other measuring devices with Bluetooth® interface are automatically recognised by the app and can be quickly and easily connected to the mobile end device without cables.
The functionality of the MultiMeasure Mobile app goes far beyond the simple display of the recorded measurement values. All recorded data can be displayed either numerically or in graphical diagram form and can also be recorded as a measurement series for long-term evaluation using the logging function. Even assigning measurement data to different projects (e.g. departments, rooms, buildings, etc.) is child's play with the multi-client app - including text and report templates for professional measurement data reports.
