The digital thermometer BT22WP, which is equipped with an ultra-thin probe, is ideally suited for measuring the ambient temperature of non-aggressive gases in hard-to-reach places, in air-carrying ducts, shafts and for measuring the temperature of non-aggressive liquids.
Universal temperature measurement in room air and in liquids
Thanks to its ultra-fine and 93 mm long temperature probe, the BT22WP measures the temperature of air as well as non-aggressive gases and non-aggressive liquids in the temperature range from -50 ° C to +150 ° C wherever conventional digital thermometers have to fit due to their design. The temperature probe made of high quality stainless steel is stable and easy to wash off. With its compact dimensions and the rod-shaped measuring probe (∅ 4 mm, L = 93 mm), the BT22WP has an advantage over conventional thermometers thanks to its Bluetooth 4.0 compatibility and the supplied MultiMeasure mobile app (Android and iOS).

The recorded measurement data are easily and conveniently transferred to a smartphone or tablet via the integrated Bluetooth® interface, where they can be professionally evaluated or logged using the free MultiMeasure Mobile app (Android and iOS).

WHY APP SENSORS? Haven't there already been a lot of measuring apps?
Of course, there are numerous apps that use the electronic components built into smartphones for measurements or derived calculations, such as the integrated microphone, gyroscope, camera or other components. However, these components were not designed for precise measurement examinations, but primarily for an optimal application of the mobile device.
On the one hand, the results obtained are therefore not comparable with the results of sensors specifically designed for measurement applications. On the other hand, there is not a suitable electronic component in the existing smartphone for every measurement task, for example for contact moisture measurement or non-contact temperature measurement.
